7 Day Waist Slimming Challenge
Are you up for the challenge? This is an intense, no-frills week long challenge that should only be done by veterans. If you really want to see results, try to complete this without cheating!
For 7 Days:
No soda or carbonated drinks.
Now or a little bread.
No Sweets (Candy, chocolate, cookies, brownies, processed artificial junk foods)
No Red Meat
Glass of citrus juice
Drink at least 6 bottles of water.
Eat steamed fish or chicken.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Get at least a 30-minute workout in.
