How to use the 30 day shred

There are three 20 minute workout videos:

  •  Level 1 (a gentle getting started routine)
  •  Level 2 (a moderate level, slightly more challenging)
  •  Level 3 (advanced)

Complete the three levels over 30 days – start with level 1 over the first 10 days, move onto level 2 for the next 10 days, before completing your final 10 days with level 3.
